Tiffany Andrade
Miss New Jersey USA 2008 (Second runner up at Miss USA)
Tiffany Andrade has been competing with the Miss Universe organization since 2003. She competed and landed in the top five three years before actually taking the crown in 2008 as Miss New Jersey USA. While competing at Miss USA, she placed 2nd runner up, a first semi finalist placement since 1991. Tiffany has stayed active with her pageant family working in various ways with the Miss New Jersey USA system.
Tiffany has a thriving career in modeling and has worked for clients such as HGTV, Boscov’s, and Scala Evening Wear, among others. She enjoys working in the fashion industry as it allows her to keep current on fashion trends and image consulting. Tiffany has a talent for interview training and runway walking techniques.
Tiffany enjoys coaching for the USA system and works passionately to maximize every client’s full potential. The road to Miss USA is an exciting journey and Tiffany enjoys preparing clients for the once in a lifetime experience. Tiffany believes the best pageant coaching can truly only come from someone who has been there and has done it well.

Michelle Leonardo
Miss New Jersey Teen USA 2008 & Miss New Jersey USA 2012 (Top 10 Miss USA)
Michelle Leonardo has been involved in the pageant industry since she was five years old, her first title being Little Miss Hawaiian Tropic! Ever since that first crown was placed on her head, she was hooked. Michelle went on to win both Miss New Jersey Teen USA 2008 and Miss New Jersey USA 2012 on her first try, and placed in the top 10 at Miss USA. Michelle considers the stage to be her second home and where she thrives.
Michelle is signed with Abrams Artists in New York and Click in Boston. She has appeared in national ad campaigns for Converse, Polaroid, BareAll Swimwear Chi Hair Care, Rain Cosmetics, among many others, and walked in both New York Fashion Week and Boston Fashion Week. She has also been a reporter for New England Cable News and Boston based television show, Style It Up. Currently, Michelle is continuing her love for the stage as a Boston Celtics Dancer!
Michelle’s favorite quote is “Your dreams will carry you, but you have to be willing to fly first,” and she has done just that!
